This pedagogical concept is reflected upon based on the practical work with the children. If the day to day work with the children indicates that a change is needed, it is developed further and changed in order to meet the changing needs of the children and optimize and perfect its performance improvement. We are always open to new pedagogical findings, however, we reflect upon them with the necessary objectivity and consider, observe and reflect upon its implications for the practical work with the children.
